Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer a refund or replacement if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Photo or video proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are not issued for normal wear and tear, damage caused by aggressive chewing, improper use, or change of mind.
If an order has not arrived within 30–35 days, customers may request a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
